Embroidery Love!
This blog has been dozing, am sorry. I have been hit by the flu twice since the beginning of the year. Next time, I'm getting vaccinated, for sure. Anyway, I've ceased feeling like a walking ball of snot, so here I am.
And one of the things I'm excited about early this year is "Forget Me Not." It's a group exhibit, it's about embroidery, it's all about love, and it is curated by Kristen Rask of Plush You! fame.
Here are sneak peeks of the three embroidery hoops I submitted for the show:
The show will be opening on 6 February at Gallery Hanahou in New York. Too far for me, but if you're in the area, please drop by and tell me how it looks! The works will be available for sale online beginning 11 February. Check out Gallery Hanahou's website here.
